Yathreb Adel won the biggest title of her career last month in Mexico and she brought this form across the Atlantic to France. Although not the number 1 seed (she won have been number on this month's ranking), Adel was firm favourite for the title and so this proved as she breezed through the draw without dropping a game, including beating Laura Pomportes. The French number three was appearing in her second WSA final.
